To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9210. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which MUST be quoted at time of booking. Not available for us at Drumossie Hotel, Norwood Hall or Pittodrie House. Advance bookings are necessary. All experiences are subject to availability. Maximum of 2,000 gift vouchers in any one transaction. Your gift voucher can be used, either in full or in part payment, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. All reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policy associated with the rate or service booked. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
